Accounts

You must also refrain from interfering with or disrupting the Service, its servers, or networks connected to it. Termination

We have the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason, at our discretion. Once your account is terminated, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the Service.

BJJ Connect, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times. We also do not warrant that any errors will be corrected, that the Service is free of viruses, or that it will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and BJJ Connect concerning your use of the Service, superseding any previous agreements.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If any changes are significant, we will try to give at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Whether a change is considered material will be determined solely by us. By continuing to access or use the Service after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
