Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that allows you to access the Service. You must not share your password with any third party. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in the United Kingdom and other countries. Our trademarks and trade dress cannot be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent from BJJ Connect.

Restrictions

You agree not to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or resell any part of the Service. You must not use the Service for illegal or unauthorised purposes. You must also refrain from interfering with or disrupting the Service, its servers, or networks connected to it. Additionally, attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service or any associated accounts or systems is prohibited.

Termination

We have the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason, at our discretion. Once your account is terminated, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the Service.

In no event shall BJJ Connect, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from (i) your inability to access or use the Service, (ii) conduct or content of third parties on the Service, (iii) content obtained from the Service, or (iv) unauthorised access to or alteration of your content. This includes damages based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, regardless of whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. BJJ Connect, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times. We also do not warrant that any errors will be corrected, that the Service is free of viruses, or that it will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and BJJ Connect concerning your use of the Service, superseding any previous agreements.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If any changes are significant, we will try to give at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Whether a change is considered material will be determined solely by us. By continuing to access or use the Service after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
